waterfall meditation

During meditation, I find it very effective to visualize a waterfall
originating from the tip of my head flowing down into my chest, and pooling
in my lower abdomen, aligning all my chakras. I shared this with others, and they found this very effective in their energy meditation.

Tapping into the imagination can definitely help foster a deeper meditative state.
It works! When i can’t focus during jigam i try to imagine this and suddenly my thoughts calm down and i can get deep into energy meditation.
