Floating meditation

Here is a good meditation. Go to a pool or even in your bath tub. Emerge yourself in the water and float at the surface. Float for 3-5 minutes with your ears emerged in the water. Listen to the sounds and vibration of the water. Its like doing regular energy capsule meditation, but much deeper. You feel very protected. Like inside a mother’s womb. You can feel yourself go deeper and deeper into a alpha wave or even theta wave state. Try it!
