During life, we place a lot of layers of identity over who we really are inside. You can use Brain Wave Vibration to shake off these false layers and get back to who you really are inside.
Brain Wave Vibration is a direct link to my inner being—my True Self. It is a form of cleansing and healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Brain Wave Vibration connects me to my Divinity.
By utilizing my brain stem, I can access and project my deepest desires. I can see them with the purest of clarity. I can see my soul and love her profoundly. I can find my vision and direction. Brain Wave Vibration is a practice of no thought. I have experienced letting go and allowing the power of the cosmos to vibrate me. As an earth human, I am the link between my earth home and Cosmic Energy.
This experience assures me that my mind is Cosmic Mind. My energy is Cosmic Energy. My experience is a gift and a practice of sincerity and gratitude. My life is divine.

Chakra meditation is designed to bring you back to zero, to neutrality, to a place of balance. The ultimate purpose of Healing Chakra training is to free your soul. Most people live out their lives without recognizing the existence of the soul within. Emotions, thoughts, preconceptions… these things are not your soul. Yet, many people mistake these things for their soul. Throughout our lives, we are bombarded with an endless stream of information that prevents our souls from being free. Our dislikes, as well as our desires, cage our souls.
Freedom of your soul begins the moment you empty the vessel of your soul. The weight of the soul is zero, to begin with. A soul is free only when it stands in the place of zero. Only when you return to zero are you able to freely choose again, When you feel a heaviness of your soul, you are still holding on to something.
Just for this moment, let go of all thoughts, preconceptions, and emotions. Let your body move according to the flow of energy. Then you will hear the voice of your soul.

Within the letters of the Chun-Bu-Kyung lie the principles and purpose of Healing Chakra. The Heavenly Code can be interpreted as an expression of mathematics, philosophy, and even energy studies. Each letter of the Heavenly Code contains its own distinct letter or numerical meaning when read, and distinct energy or musical characteristics when sounded. It combines number/ratio and sound/energy characteristics of the individual components into a holistic effect, which is an actual representation of the principle of harmonious order. As Ilchi Lee writes when the effects of the Heavenly Code are applied to the human Chakra system, we can begin to understand the underlying principles of Healing Chakra.
The Heavenly Code describes life as a journey for completion of the soul, a “Way of Heavenly Transformation.” This journey of the soul’s completion coincides with the activation of the seven Chakras. From the point of view of the “Way of Heavenly Transformation,” the seven Chakras consist of three gates and three palaces, giving rise to the third birth in a human life.

Vibration is the easiest and most effective way of awakening and activating the Chakras. It is more efficient to activate the whole Chakra system at once through vibration training, rather than activating each Chakra one by one. A prerequisite to activating the Chakras is the unimpeded and free flow of energy throughout the bod}-. Vibration training is the most effective way of achieving an uninterrupted energy flow. Self-vibration training is an excellent way to activate the first through fourth Chakras. Once the four lower Chakras are active, the remaining Chakras become active just from the power of the lower four.
When doing vibration training, we each develop a certain resonant frequency to our vibration. This frequency is the natural rhythm of our body and coincides with the natural rhythm of life of the universe. It is at that moment that we begin to feel the sensation of Yullyo come alive within us. Once a palpable sensation of Yullyo courses through us. our natural healing powers are stronger because Yullyo restores harmony.
A sick cell has a different resonant frequency than a healthy cell.

In words of Ilchi Lee about story that In this story, the original couples—Yellows, Whites, Blacks, and Blues—take collective responsibility and decide to leave the castle with all their descendants, for they have decided they could not stay in that perfect world in such an imperfect state. Outside the castle, they go on their separate ways. Before leaving, however, they vow to recover their divine selves and return to the castle, taking with them two things each that will help them accomplish this: one, a method to control and commune with the Ki energy that forms the source of all things visible and invisible; and two, a simple scripture of eighty-one letters summarizing the essential Truths of the cosmos. This scripture is called the “Heavenly Code.” It is our great fortune that we have this scripture with us still. Then the couples go in separate directions, promising to meet inside the castle walls again.
This history of Mago’s Castle shares many things with Genesis and other Creation stories. The similarities are obvious. It speaks to the fact that we, as humanity, share the common root that we all have a deep spiritual need to go back to. But in order to go back, we need to recover the sense of Oneness and harmony that we have lost. And we can recover this sense by achieving enlightenment, for enlightenment is our natural, truly original state of being. When enough people recover this Oneness, when enough people reach enlightenment, we will march together back to Mago’s castle and collectively shout for our ultimate Grandma to let us back in. I bet that she’s waiting for us with all her heart.
What a welcome party it will be.

Ilchi Lee gave an opening prayer at the millennium world peace summit of religious and spiritual leaders at the UN in Aug, 2000.
01. Lie comfortably on the floor.
02. Lift your arms straight into the air with your palms facing the ceiling. Flex your wrists back, but don’t lock your elbows.
03. Lift your legs off the ground, creating 90-degree angles at the hips and knee joints. Keep your legs parallel and parted shoulder width.
04. Flex you ankles so that your toes are pulled slightly back toward your head. Hold the posture as long as possible.

Ton/ Graves, West Linn, OR says “Brain Wave Vibration practitioners have found relief from a wide variety of physical problems. As your body returns to a state of balance, you will uncover vour body’s natural healing ability.
After starting Brain Wave Vibration, my sinuses cleared and my headaches ceased. Also, when I was young I went to rock concerts, which resulted in a loud ringing in the ears. Since I started, it has subsided considerably. Now it is just a faint whisper, and I suspect one day it will be gone completely.”

These lines are copied from Ilchi Lee’s book. “Just as the muscles of the body need to be moved and stretched to become more flexible, so does the brain. This step seeks to take full advantage of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to adjust to new environments and to learn new things. By challenging your brain to master new tasks, you help it gain new connections and greater capacity to recognize new patterns of thought and action. Essentially, the goal of this step is to create a highly adaptable brain that can learn quickly, overcome negative habits, and easily adapt to a wide variety of situations.
This step is likely to have a profound effect on the quality of your life because you will learn to break destructive mental and physical patterns of behavior while creating new, life-affirming habits. Bad habits can be difficult to break because they become, to some degree, hardwired into the brain through repetition, which solidifies neural connections related to the behavior. Fortunately, the brain never loses the ability to restructure itself, and thus new connections and habits can always be created. At the most advanced level of training, this includes the ability to change deeply ingrained prejudices and preconceptions for the creation of a better, more satisfying life.”

The purpose of the economy cannot be to serve egotistic ends, or to earn the most money with the least effort, or to squeeze out a higher working efficiency in the market place, or to create a higher abstract value for the various industries. Ilchi Lee writes in Healing Society that the purpose of the economy should be to serve as a tool with which to help human beings on their journey of spiritual growth. We need a fundamental shift in direction from materialistic goals, with their basis in our physical selves, to spiritual goals, with their basis in our True Selves. The economy has to be just another tool in the toolbox helping us to fulfill our true purpose in life.
The same goes for science. Cloning, artificial intelligence, and other research is once again calling into question the exact definition of a human being. This question arises because we still think of ourselves only as physical beings. The definition of a human being must consist ot our spiritual nature. So far, science has been used mainly to satisfy the appetite for control and domination of the few. So far, science has sometimes been used to rob us of our spiritual nature.

When you input positive information into the brain, it will sparkle with creativity and hum with efficiency. For instance, if you tell someone, “You have come into this world to save the Earth and open up a new era of spirituality and peace in the twenty-first century. Do you accept this?” If the person says, “Yes,” his brain will perk up and purr with delight. “No,” and his brain will contract upon itself and darken as it shuts down its higher powers. But saving the Earth does not have to be a grand undertaking. Picking up one looser piece of trash or saying one nicer thing to your neighbor also qualifies.
Ilchi Lee is a world renowned peace activist and spiritual leader. He writes the quality of our lives depends on what type of information we feed and program into our brains. When you erase the self-defeating information that says you are here on earth to pass the time as best as you can, and replace it with the information that urges you to solve humankind’s problems and save the world, your spiritual awareness will jump into a higher plane at that instant. Our most intractable problems can suddenly dissolve, depending upon the type of information that we input into our brains. Brain Respiration is a method that seeks to elevate a person’s spiritual awareness by teaching him or her how to control the type of information that remains in the brain.
