| Dualistic Thinking Destroys Peace |
| From Ilchi Lee’s book Peaceology for Healing SocietyAn underlying philosophy of duality, which sees the self and the world as disparate and separate parts, is at the root of our material
An underlying philosophy of duality, which sees the self and the world as disparate and separate parts, is at the root of our material civilization. Heaven and earth, mind and body, subject and object, god and man, you and me, nature and civilization, good and evil, black and white, yin and yang? Whether you are from the East or the West, these dichotomies are part of the world we live in. In such a world, you have to die so that I might live. It is a matter of you or me. There is no space for you and me. Since we define society and the world in this way, I must conquer you in order to save me and decrease your lot to increase mine. Confrontation, domination, competition, opposition–these are driving forces of dualistic thinking. The result of this is a lack of peace. |

lchi Lee on the Power of a SmileHSP! Pay it forward!.
If you want to be happy, stop waiting for others to make you happy. Just decide to be happy. If your life just seems too dreary, smile
If you want to be happy, stop waiting for others to make you happy. Just decide to be happy. If your life just seems too dreary, smile anyway. This may seem like Pollyanna, pie-in-the-sky nonsense at first, but it is very much rooted in physiological reality of your brain. When you smile, even when it is a “forced” smile, chemicals associated with happiness are released in the brain. Also, smiling is contagious. Very few people can resist the urge to smile back when you smile at them.

| From a translated lecture by Ilchi Lee Many people can’t play with their brains; instead, they live treating their brains as if they are delicate and untouchable. If a person who claims to know her brain lives in this way, then she has been caught up in emotion. To say that she has been caught up in emotion is to say that her brain is tense. First, we must make our brains flexible and we must take back our brains from emotion. Only then can we make ourselves happy. That is healing. When our consciousness changes, our lives change immediately. |
Let’s keep our brains flexible!!

The meaning of cleaning
Our minds are full of the dregs of
many kinds of emotions and preconceptions.
They don? disappear by just yelling at them to go away.
Continuous mopping
will make many seemingly unimportant emotions pop out of the heart.
We clean things to wipe them out.
When you are on your knees mopping the floor and you watch yourselves,
you will find your minds being cleaned without your knowing.
That is cleaning.

If you mop up with humbleness,
you will feel something advance to your heart.
Until then, please continue to mop up.
Not only does this apply in a training place, but also at home or an office;
it is the same everywhere.
When you move your hands once more,
the pleasure in your mind will grow that much.

| From Ilchi Lee’s book The Twelve EnlightenmentsEven God’s house has a garbage can. The most negative information in the world is still information and, as such, has the right and hope to become realized. Divine garbage or hell is a place that has the conditions in which this negative information can most readily attain reality. When good information gathers, it creates the conditions under which it can prosper by expressing itself in reality. When bad information gathers, it also creates the conditions under which it can be realized, leading down the path of ever worsening spiral. We, as humanity, are standing at the edge of this narrow ledge. One step either way and it will be difficult to reverse the direction. |
Let’s make positive information attain reality…

From Ilchi Lee’s site
Prove Yourself To Your Brain While you need to trust your brain, you have to allow your brain to trust you. To secure the confidence of your brain, you must check yourself regularly, again and again, because we are all subject to all types of doubts and fears. It is not through your thoughts or words, but rather through your actions that you can really check yourself. Through your actions, you must show yourself what kind of person you are, persuade your brain of this, and win your brain’s total trust. If you think a lot, but do not act, it shows that your brain power is not yet adequate. Your brain is failing to send a signal powerful enough to move your body. No creation is possible without action. Nothing meaningful at all happens without action.

Ilchi Lee’s Inspiration from Wisdom of the Chun Bu Kyung

/Gwe/ Case, Limit, Matrix
We are trapped in the bodies when we are ignorant of the soul. But the body becomes a tool of infinite creation when we become aware of the existence of the soul.

This meditation program will also help you open your body’s main energy centers. First of all you can strengthen your body’s core, known in Korean as the lower “Dahnjon.” The lower Dahnjon is located in the lower abdomen, the very center of the physical body. When this area is strengthened and revitalized, you will feel stronger and can find more vitality in life.In addition, you will learn how to open the area around your heart, this area is known in Korean as the middle “Dahnjon.” When the middle Dahnjon is open, you will suddenly experience feelings of love and passion, including love for yourself. Finally, you activate the upper “Dahnjon,” an energy center located in the middle of the forehead. When the upper Dahnjon is activated, you will discover untapped wisdom. This will help you make concrete plan of action and better realize your life purpose.
